Delivery Information

MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM

Our logistics, as well as our entire supply chain, are tried and tested and we pay fastidious attention to environmental and quality control issues. Our personnel are highly trained and are continuously up dated with the latest developments in paint, coatings and safe packaging.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Orders placed after 1:30pm may be processed the next working day.
  • Deliveries will need to be signed for at the point of delivery
  • A delivery surcharge will be applied to Northern Ireland,
  • All of Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly and
  • The Highlands and Islands and also the following area postcodes:- DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KW, KY, ML, TD, AB1 – AB16, AB21 – AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 – PA19, PH1 – PH3
  • VAT will be charged on the delivery cost.

OUTSIDE OF UNITED KINGDOM

  • Goods can be delivered either to your home address or an alternative address
  • If paying by credit or debit card we recommend that goods are delivered to the address associated with the card
  • If you request delivery to an alternative address, verification for security reasons may delay your order

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Delivery times are calculated in working days
  • For example; Monday to Friday inclusive
  • Working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays
  • In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days
  • Deliveries to Non-UK Mainland or remote locations may take longer
  • Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday

OUTSIDE OF UNITED KINGDOM

  • All deliveries must be signed for
  • If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot
  • Only two attempts will be made by the delivery company
  • if the delivery is not completed or other arrangements are not made with regards to pick up from the holding depot the item will be returned to us and a refund will be made with a deduction of the shipping charges sending and returning to our site
  • Proof of charge can be requested.

EXPORT DELIVERIES

Please contact for up to date prices on bulk and none bulk loads for none uk shipping our sales team are always upto date with the very best rates and delivery times to none uk destinations.

IMPORTANT

  • We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section
  • However occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed
  • Please do not arrange for labour to apply the products until they are in your possession
  • We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay
  • All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier
  • Marl Coatings Limited will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods
