PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Marl Coatings Ltd Heavy Duty High Impact Clear Wet Look Block Paving Sealer is a premium-grade, solvent-based polyurethane formulation designed to rejuvenate and protect tired or faded block paving. It delivers a durable, professional wet look finish and long-lasting protection.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Finish: clear wet look- semi finish.
• Coverage: Approx. 120m² per 20-litre drum
• Application: Roller or brush
• Drying Time (15–20°C):
  • Surface dry: approx. 2 hours
  • Recoat: minimum 8 hours
  • Lower temperatures and high humidity will increase drying times
• Cleaning: Use white spirit.
  Do not dispose of product or residue into drains or watercourses.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Surface must be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, algae, and contaminants.
• Always apply a test patch before coating the entire area.
• Not suitable for use on Indian or sandstone paving—test before use.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix: Activate product for 5 minutes before application.
2. Apply: Use a brush or roller to apply an even coat.
3. Conditions: Do not apply in high humidity, damp conditions, or when rain is expected.
4. Safety: Product cures by solvent evaporation. Use in well-ventilated areas only.
5. Aftercare: Avoid walking or driving on surface until fully cured.

• Only apply to completely dry surfaces—free from rain, oil, and dirt.
• Wet look finish may become slippery, especially when wet or during winter months.
