Returns policy
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery with a 10% handling charge deducted before refund.
This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint which is made to order.
After contacting us on 01514276447 or sales@marlcoatings.com for advice, you can take your faulty item to your nearest store for a refund. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging or as discussed.
Sending back a return
You can use any courier of your choice to return your order, contact us prior to the return on 01514276447 or sales@marlcoatings.com with your order number and details of the product to be returned so we can expect delivery.
